COD Scientists provide input on Ocean Today video

Two scientists supported by the NOAA Climate Observation Division, Mark Merrifield (University of Hawaii Sea Level Center) and Stephen Gill (NOAA/NOS/CO-OPS), served as the lead scientists providing input to the new Ocean Today video, Global vs. Local Sea Level, with a theme that "Rising global sea level is one of the most commonly cited consequences of climate change, but it’s often unclear how it might affect people living on the coasts."

Ocean Today videos are available for download (for free) on the Ocean Today website.
